I suppose you could make your own:
Partially cook bacon til a little brown but not crisp (however many you want.) . Lay on paper towel to dry a little.
Preheat oven to 400* and spray pan with a little nonstick spray.
Wrap browned bacon around bottom edge of the muffin pan. (you can use two and go wild if you want.)
Crack egg into center of muffin pan.
season with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs and cheese.
Bake at 400* for 15 minutes. (a little less if you want softer centers. This is a soft set, but the yolk isn’t runny.)
