Bagger Dave’s & BRU Fest

Bagger Dave’s and BRU Fest – partnering beer and burgers, it just makes sense!” ~ Bagger Dave’s COO, Jason Curtis

Bagger Dave’s is offering up two very tasty burgers for this year’s BRU Fest.  Chef Jeffery Nickel’s creations, The Hawaiian Burger & The Jamaican Burger, are sure to pair well with the variety of craft beers that you sample!

The Hawaiian Burger features 2 beef patties, bacon, caramelized onions, and a pineapple infused BBQ sauce.  This BBQ sauce will knock your socks off – it pairs so well with the bacon & caramelized onions!

The Jamaican Burger features 2 turkey patties, swiss cheese, Carribean coleslaw with walnuts, and a Jamaican Jerk BBQ sauce.  The flavors in this burger are very surprising – the Jerk BBQ sauce heats your pallet while the coleslaw cools it down.  You’re going to love it!

Bagger Dave’s will also be giving away these awesome pint glasses and keychains to all attendees as they depart BRU Fest!

We asked Jason Curtis, Bagger Dave’s COO what drew them to participating in BRU Fest.  He responded, “BRU Fest raises money for Children’s Leukemia Foundation, which is very important to us.  We have had a great partnership with CLF for almost 9 year now, and they have such a great purpose, amazing people and we are happy to take part in an event that will raise money for and benefit such a wonderful organization.”

BRU Fest will take place on June 16, 2012 at the Royal Oak Farmers Market from 7-11pm.
Tickets are $39 and the event will sell out, so be sure to get your tickets in advance here.  Check BRU Fest out on FB & Twitter! Also look for #BRUFestMI on Twitter for all the latest news and information about the event.

All BRU Fest proceeds benefit Children’s Leukemia Foundation of Michigan, an organization that provides information, financial assistance and emotional support to Michigan families affected by leukemia, lymphoma and related blood disorders.
