Hmm…if you are on a low carb diet, why not use lettuce as the shell. Cuz with those cheese and bacon shells, you are now on a high cholesterol diet. Bacon and chese are yummy, but should always be used in moderation, or even not at all because animal products are full of bad fat and cholesterol, of which no human needs to survive.
