I love grilling. I also love burgers.
Grab a pound of ground beef. I used organic 85/15, but use whatever you like.
I used fresh herbs from my garden – rosemary, oregano, and thyme – chopped fine. You’ll need about a tablespoon.
A clove of garlic. Smashed and chopped.
Lots of fresh cracked pepper. A little sea salt. Some dried mint.
Crumble some feta.
Throw it all in bowl and mix it all together. I used my hands. Make four patties.
Throw on grill. Cook to desired temp.
Top with lettuce, cucumbers, and tzatziki. Tomatoes would work too, if in season.
Bonus side dish: Grilled zucchini and yellow squash
Cut into equal size pieces. Toss in a bowl with olive oil, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Grill over indirect heat.
