We had just spent a long day at Animal Kingdom. When traveling with kids, there is a delicate balance between too much and just enough, so we almost skipped dinner at Jiko. Oh, what a mistake that would’ve been.
We ate very well in Walt Disney World (more on that later), but the culinary highlight of the trip was Jiko. Located inside the Animal Kingdom Lodge, Jiko celebrates the flavors of Africa in an elegant setting.
The pictures tell the story. From appetizers to desserts, each course was superb. Shrimp curry, my entree, was the best dish I had on my trip.
