Wednesday night at the NOVI Chophouse Executive Chef Jeremy Kalmus and Sous Chef Scott Breazeale are teaming up for a Chef’s Duo, a night of culinary experimentation Iron Chef style. Starting with course two, each chef will have one main ingredient and work from there. Kalmus’ composed and intricate technique steeped in classical French tradition side by side against the rustic yet refined skills of pastry chef Breazeale. The impressive menu can be seen below.
