a-pop asked: I read your answer to the question on offal, and if you want to try something great, go for anticucho de corazon (translation = beef heart on a skewer). It's a Peruvian specialty, and it's delicious.
Joe Says: Thanks for the tip. I believe there is a restaurant in Dearborn, MI called Arab Kabob that serves beef heart kabobs. I’m not sure we have a Peruvian restaurant near Metro Detroit.
