#48 Pork Taco Dinner (via JoeFoodie)
Something a little different using thin sliced pork rather than chicken, steak, or ground beef. Definitely not like carnitas, but the pork has some good flavor nonetheless.
I used roughly 2 lbs of pork cutlets, which only require about 1-2 minutes of cooking per side per cutlet with a couple packets of Trader Joe’s taco seasoning. The seasoning is fairly potent, so there was some heat.
On the side we have organic black beans & organic brown rice, homemade guacamole, sour cream & a fresh chopped serrano chili.
