Smoked free range chicken, charred sweet peppers, scallions, chipotle tomato sauce, smoked mozzarella, and fresh basil on a gluten-free rice flour & tapioca flour crust.
The gluten-free crust (made at Avalon International Breads in Detroit) was really good. Slightly sweet & crispy. The toppings are all top quality. Smoky, spicy, & fresh - a very good tasting pizza all around.
