Italian sweet sausage, baby spinach, tomatoes, and roasted garlic cloves and finished with parmesan cheese, olive oil, and red pepper flakes.  
An extremely comforting pasta dish.  Straightforward, but complex and flavorful.  The sausage is sweet, salty, and has a distinctive fennel flavor. Spinach & tomatoes add freshness & the red pepper flakes bring the heat.   A really well thought out combination.
