#188 Bacco Sausage (by TwoHungryDudes)
From the newly opened Pizzeria Biga in Southfield, MI, this is a white pizza (no sauce) with Italian sausage, roasted red onions, and roasted red peppers. Cooked in a nine hundred degree oven, pizza cooks in about 90 seconds. The crust is thin, crisp, and has a wonderful char.
