Mortadella, Capicolla, Salami, Bologna, Genoa, Ham, Cheddar, & Provolone.  Lettuce, pickles, tomato, and house made Italian dressing.  

Bread is delivered from a 100 year old bakery in Dearborn.

A truly epic sandwich.

Smoked bacon, ham, sausage, pulled pork, and smoked cheddar on a Kaiser roll.  Over a pound of meat, this is a huge sandwich.  The challenge is to eat the whole thing in under 10 minutes.  We haven’t attempted it yet…

Notice the side of green beans.  They cancel out the sandwich. Healthiness restored!

A classic bacon cheeseburger.  Made special by the use of a special 70/30 beef blend.  Yes, 30% fat, which translates into a supremely juicy burger.  The crisp bacon is an ideal textural accomplice.

On day 179, we sampled Foran’s chili cheese fries.  Those were some delicious fries, but the cheese was shredded, the chili had beans, and the fries hand cut.  Refined chili cheese fries.

Today’s fries are primal.  Piping hot fries covered meaty chili (no beans – coney island style) and cheddar cheese sauce.  Quintessential post bar night grub.
