Soft corn tortilla tacos with swiss chard, pan seared scallops, caramelized onions, and a light chipotle tomatillo sauce.

Seared scallops aren’t your usual taco filling, but this is a really interesting dish.  With just the right amount of heat from the salsa and the sweet, brininess of scallops, these are memorable tacos.
