Our second preview of The Garden Party takes us to Ferndale’s John D Bistro to check in with Executive Chef Scott Breazeale. He has been with John D for about a year now, so this will be his first Garden Party. Prior to John D, Breazeale was at NOVI Chophouse where he was a sous chef.
Best described as refined comfort food, Breazeale’s menu is always big on flavor and is impeccably presented. His Garden Party dish is no different. He’ll be serving a short rib tostada. As we see with this dish and Big Rock Chophouse’s offering, the name of the game at The Garden Party is food you can walk with. With so many restaurant and wine options, it makes sense that dining and strolling is the best way to try as much as your appetite will allow.
