Executive Chef Marc Djozlija loves participating in events like The Garden Party. “We pull out all of the stops,” he says, “The guest experience has to be over the top. We don’t skimp. I use every penny in the budget and more if I have to.”
Two dishes are being presented at The Garden Party: Spicy Sashimi Grade Tuna Tartare and New York Style Cheesecake.
With cucumber, scallions, avocado, micro greens, Sriacha aioli, and sesame tuile, the tuna tartare has some serious flavor and texture going on.
Rather using the usual graham cracker crust, the New York Style Cheesecake sits atop a more stable, butterier shortbread cookie.
Both dishes are easy to handle, perfect for keeping one hand free for a glass of wine.
