Evening everyone! I just rushed inside from work and seeing Transformers 3 (which I LOOOOOVED! and I’m a bit behind (and alone) so dinner is going to be late today. I still gotta ask you though
What’s for dinner?
I’m making grilled chicken kabobs tonight marinated in this citrus marinade an online friend years ago (and I mean YEARS ago) sent to me. Don’t believe me? Check the date on the review I put on their recipe link at the bottom…it’s from 2003! lol
It’s not ready yet, so I’m cheating a bit….this is a picture from a while back. It looks about the same every time, so it’s not really cheating.
As you can see from a few recipes I’ve posted online, I love meat and fruit…I could probably live all summer long eating grilled pineapple. Ok, maybe some protein added too.
I’m already wondering I should use the other half of the marinade for the July 4th holiday. It is really my favorite summer meal!

I love the combo of meat & fruit as well. I haven’t grilled pineapple yet this summer and now I have to. I have this really yummy balsamic that I want to put on it while I grill. Ok, I need to go to the store and get some pineapple now!
